The Role: What You’ll Do
As our Content Creator, you won’t just be following a calendar — you will be driving it. You will deeply understand our business, our players, and the iGaming landscape to produce high-impact visual and text content that converts and engages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Video Production & Hosting: Concept, script, shoot, edit, and occasionally host short-form video content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts). You are comfortable both behind and in front of the camera.
- End-to-End Creation: Handle everything from brainstorming and storyboarding to post-production (color grading, sound design, engaging captions, and thumbnails).
- Proactive Planning & Strategy: Own the content calendar. You don't wait for tasks; you proactively pitch fresh ideas based on upcoming sports events, casino tournaments, and pop culture trends.
- iGaming & Sports Immersion: Deeply understand the Alphawin brand, user psychology, sports betting mechanics, and casino games to ensure all content is authentic, compliant, and highly engaging.
- Platform Optimization: Tailor content formats specifically for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, keeping up with ever-changing algorithms and trending audio.
Who You Are (Requirements)
- The Mindset: You are highly proactive, a self-starter, and structurally organized. You can manage multiple projects without breaking a sweat.
- The Tech Stack: Proficient with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Photoshop or Illustrator).
- The Industry Knowledge: You actually know sports and casino gaming. Terms like handicap, free spins, live betting, or multiplier are part of your everyday vocabulary.
- The Eye: A strong ability to create crisp, modern videos and graphics.
- Language: Excellent command of Bulgarian (for content nuances) and professional level of English.
Advantages:
- Experience or strong willingness to learn how to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and programmatic companies.
- A solid portfolio or showreel showcasing your previous video/graphic design work.
