COURT BUILDERS OF THE ROCKIES JOB DESCRIPTION CONSTRUCTION LABORER
OTHER JOB REQUIREMENTS:
– Reporting to and working with the Operations Manager, the Operations Manager will lead the Site Preparation team of 2-3 installers to install or provide maintenance on different sport facilities / projects.
– Site Preparation will involve remove / dispose of existing landscape, work on existing irrigation, grade, level, compact aggregate, or subbase. Frame and prepare site for concrete pours based on design specifications which will be provided.
– Installation of a variety of sports flooring including acrylics, modular floating systems, hardwoods, synthetic / rubber flooring. Installation of components and painting game line painting will also be part of the responsibilities.
-Foreman will exhibit excellent leadership and communication skills, have knowledge of laser levels, small equipment, and a variety of construction tools typically used in landscaping, excavating, framing, flooring, sanding and flat slab concrete work.
– Safe use and maintenance of variety of construction tools, vehicles, and trailers.
– Clean jobsites.
– All other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
– Must be able to speak and understand English, bilingual a plus
– Must have reliable transportation and valid U.S. driver’s license
– Experience in construction, excavation, framing, site preparation, flooring and landscaping preferred
– Experience in sports industry or flooring industry a plus.
– Ability to problem solve and learn new tasks on the job, and willing to be hands on in helping lead and be part of the installation process.
– Demonstrate attention to detail
– Must be able to lift 50+ pounds
– Able to do repetitive movements, bend, lift, in one shift with little break in between
– Able to work in all types of weather
– Operate a variety of tools and machinery
– Must be dependable and ability to work long hours
– Bilingual in Spanish a plus

Pay: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
