We are seeking a dedicated professional to join the Front Office team of the Athletes Dorms, located within The Ellinikon Sports Park. The successful candidate will contribute to the delivery of high-quality service to guests, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the Front Office while providing professional and attentive support throughout each guest’s stay.
The Concierge Junior Associate will report to the Dorms Manager.
In detail, the Concierge Junior Associate will be responsible for:
Regularly handling:
- Coordinating closely with the Front of House Associate to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the reception and guest areas.
- Welcoming guests upon arrival and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Managing reservations, room allocations, extensions, and cancellations in the property management system.
- Responding to guest inquiries in person, by phone, or email in a timely and courteous manner.
- Handling payments, issuing receipts/invoices, and keeping accurate records.
- Providing information regarding the Dorms, Sports Park facilities and services.
- Managing basic administrative tasks and updating guest records.
- Coordinating with Housekeeping and Maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and swift resolution of issues.
- Handling complaints or problems efficiently and in a guest-oriented manner.
- Ensuring reception and lobby areas are tidy, welcoming, and aligned with cleanliness standards.
- Supporting emergency procedures when needed and reporting incidents to the appropriate teams.
Academic Qualifications:
- A degree or diploma in tourism, hospitality, or related field.
- Very good command of English; additional languages will be considered an asset.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Property Management Systems (PMS).
Professional Experience:
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in a front office or guest service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A team player attitude, with attention to detail and reliability.
