Team Dawes at Dominique Dawes Academy is hiring a Competitive Gymnastics Coach for our Jersey Village, TX location!
Are you passionate about competitive gymnastics and helping athletes reach their full potential? We’re looking for experienced coaches to train and develop Xcel gymnasts (Bronze through Sapphire) while fostering confidence, discipline, and a love for the sport.

What You’ll Do
- Coach and develop Xcel athletes from Bronze through Sapphire levels
- Create engaging training plans that support skill progression and competitive success
- Prepare athletes for competitions by building confidence, consistency, and strong routines
- Coach at local, regional, and national competitions
- Collaborate with the Director of Team, fellow coaches, and families to support athlete development
- Promote athlete safety while following USAG and Dominique Dawes Academy coaching standards
- Foster a team culture built on respect, positivity, discipline, and sportsmanship
- Stay current on USAG rules, skill progressions, and coaching best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of competitive gymnastics coaching experience, required.
- Experience coaching USA Gymnastics Xcel and/or Development Program (DP/JO) athletes, preferred.
- Active USAG Professional Membership and SafeSport Certification (or ability to obtain before employment if applicable).
- Strong technical knowledge of women’s artistic gymnastics.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Passion for developing athletes both on and off the competitive floor.
- Ability to safely sport athletes and lift up to 50 lbs.
Schedule
- On-site position
- Evening and weekend coaching, required.
- Travel for competitions, training, and team events (travel expenses paid)

Pay: $20.00 – $26.00 per hour
