Key West Sports Academy is growing, and we are looking for an experienced, energetic, and positive coach to join our team!
We are seeking a coach who is passionate about athlete development from the ground up — someone who genuinely LOVES working with younger gymnasts while also being comfortable coaching Xcel Silver & Gold athletes.
This position includes:
⭐ Developmental gymnastics coaching
⭐ WAG Xcel Silver/Gold and Level 1-4 coaching
⭐ Practice planning & leadership
⭐ Working with athletes ages 4–14
⭐ Assisting with staff skill development and helping ensure gymnastics skills are being taught safely, progressively, and effectively across the program
We are especially interested in coaches who understand the importance of building strong basics, confidence, work ethic, and body awareness in younger athletes to support long-term competitive success.

Compensation & Benefits
- Starting pay from $30/hour, with higher pay considered based on experience and qualifications
- Guaranteed minimum 30 hours/week
- Additional hours available

✅ Ideal Candidate:
- Previous gymnastics coaching experience required
- Comfortable independently planning and leading practices
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Positive, dependable, team-first attitude
- Experience with developmental and/or Xcel programs preferred
- Passion for working with younger athletes while still effectively coaching older competitive gymnasts
- Ability to mentor and support less experienced staff in proper progressions, spotting, and safe skill development
