Job Description:
- Build relationship and engagement with key communities across various sports segments (especially running, cycling, trail running, swimming communities) to enhance brand visibility and expand market share.
- Strategize, plan, and execute community-driven events and activations to strengthen brand engagement.
- Identify, evaluate, and manage event sponsorship opportunities to maximize brand exposure and strategic partnerships.
- Prepare detailed reports on community engagement initiatives and event performance, providing insights for future optimizations.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree from any major
- At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Have experience handling communities from negotiation until campaign analysis. Candidates with personal network with communities is preferred
- Have great communication and presentation skills
- Willing to work in high mobility working condition
