Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role based in Barcelona, allowing flexibility to work both from home and on-site as needed. The Commission Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, developing and nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include presenting product features and benefits, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the production team to ensure timely order fulfillment. The role requires proactive communication and a results-driven mindset.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Effective communication, both verbal and written, in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Experience or interest in sports, fashion, or manufacturing industries
- Basic understanding of OEM/ODM production processes and client customization needs
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet sales objectives
- Proficiency in basic CRM tools, sales management software, or similar platforms
- Previous experience in commission-based sales roles preferred but not required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
