• Uphold school and league regulations consistently
• Mentor other coaching staff in best practices
• Foster cooperation and resolve discipline issues
• Participate in professional growth through clinics
Requirements:
• Proven coaching experience and volleyball expertise
• Strong communication with high school students
• Background in first aid and injury management
• Commitment to student success in sports and academics
• Must complete a criminal history background check
