Coaching Middle School Volleyball Coach 8th Grade

Position is seasonal; depending on applicant status position may be hired through a third party vendor

• Volleyball playing and/or coaching experience preferred
• Knowledge of fundamental skills, rules, and basic game strategy
• Ability to teach and develop middle school athletes of varying skill levels
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
• Commitment to sportsmanship, character development, and a positive team culture
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage practices, games, and equipment
• CPR/AED, First Aid, and required district/state certifications (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, and families
• Must meet all district hiring requirements, including background check
