Soccer Shots Greensboro is seeking a self driven, positive, and organized person with strong communication skills and a passion for children. We are seeking an individual that wants to play a part in a growing small business in the pursuit to build “Stronger Youth, Beyond the Game.”
Soccer Shots is a program that introduces soccer to children ages 18mo-8y/o. We strive to encourage the development of soccer skills, teamwork, healthy lifestyle, and character growth. Main Job Responsibilities, but not limited to:
Assisting in the preparation of marketing materials
Managing equipment preparation, distribution, and inventory
Communicating directly with customers via email and phone
Updating our registration system with new locations and classes
Communicating and understanding all staff schedules and office calendar
Hire and train coaches
Run coaching meetings and team events
Coaching sessions
Delivering Gift/Documents to schools
Assisting in scheduling coaches for sessions and continued training
Essential Qualifications:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Effective organizational/administrative skills
Positivity
Passion for the mission of Soccer Shots
Computer/application skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
Familiarity with Microsoft
Previous experience with the sport of soccer

Pay: $40,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year
