Join our dynamic team as a Coach specializing in Instructional Gymnastics, Preschool Gymnastics, and Tumbling! In this energetic role, you will guide students of all ages in developing gymnastics skills, confidence, and physical fitness in a fun, safe, and structured environment.
We provide class rotations and monthly lesson plans, so you’ll have a clear framework to lead from, allowing you to focus on coaching, connecting with kids, and creating a positive experience in every class.
We’re looking for individuals who bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for working with kids. Experience is helpful, but not required, we are committed to training the right people who are eager to learn and grow.
This paid position offers flexible scheduling with daytime, evening, and weekend opportunities, and a range of weekly hours depending on availability. There is also potential for increased responsibility and growth as our programs continue to expand.
Responsibilities
- Lead instructional gymnastics classes for preschool and school-age students using provided rotations and monthly lesson plans
- Deliver engaging, safe, and developmentally appropriate instruction
- Foster a positive environment that builds confidence, participation, and respect
- Manage behavior effectively to maintain a structured and supportive class setting
- Collaborate with staff to ensure consistency across classes and programs
- Communicate with parents/guardians and support overall student experience

Preferred (but Not Required)
- Experience in gymnastics, tumbling, cheer, dance, or related sports
- Background in coaching, teaching, or childcare
- Understanding of basic safety practices in a gym setting
Requirements
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be willing to obtain SafeSport certification (or already certified)
- Must be willing to complete CPR/First Aid training (provided if needed)

Pay: $14.00 – $18.00 per hour
