Key Responsibilities

- Ensure coaches understand company standards, systems, and quality expectations.
- Deliver training sessions on coaching quality, engagement, and safety protocols.
- Identify skill gaps and support coach development with structured training plans.
- Coordinate with operations to deploy coaches across venues based on demand.
- Manage coach schedules, availability, and ensure sessions start on time.
- Act as the primary point of contact for coaches and resolve queries promptly.
- Monitor coach performance and maintain quality standards.
- Collaborate with customer success and growth teams to incorporate feedback into coach improvement.
- Maintain strong relationships with coaches and ensure a positive experience across the network.
