Position: Coach – Assistant JV Football #810- Chavez High School
In order to be eligible for consideration for a coach position interested applicants will be required to submit the following:
- Completed online application
- Letter of interest
- Resume showing any combination of education, training and/or experience for the sport.
This position requires the following prior to start of employment:
- Fingerprint Clearance
- TB Clearance
- Fundamentals of Coaching Certificate (cost $50 – NFHS Learning Center )
- Concussion in Sports Certificate (free – NFHS Learning Center )
- Sudden Cardiac Arrest Certificate (free – NFHS Learning Center )
- Sexual Harassment Training within 30 days of employment
- Blood Borne Pathogens Training within 30 days of employment
- CPR/First Aid Certificate from an approved agency
