Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Coach with previous coaching experience to foster development of volleyball skills throughout the club season, so our athletes can reach their full potential as a player. As a Coach, you will play a vital role in guiding girls to be a supportive teammate, a mentally tough athlete and supporting their journey toward success. The ideal candidate is energetic, compassionate, and committed to creating positive change.
Duties
- Conduct engaging coaching sessions focused on skill-building, behavioral strategies, and personal growth.
- 7-8 tournaments a season. (2) 2 hour practice days a week
Skills
- Experience coaching volleyball
- Proven ability in teaching and training to foster skill development and confidence.
- Effective communication skills for delivering clear instructions to adolescent girls and parents.
- Ability to handle tough conversations with parents
Pay: From $2,000.00 per year
