Biltmore Physical Therapy is a brand-new, fully outfitted outpatient physical therapy clinic opening on the Camelback corridor in Phoenix — and we are looking for a Clinical Director who wants to be part of building something from the ground up.
As the first clinician through the door, you will set the clinical culture, shape the patient experience, and grow alongside the practice. In addition to a competitive base salary and performance bonus, we are offering a profit share arrangement — because we want someone invested in this clinic’s success, not just filling a schedule.
THE CLINIC
- Brand-new, purpose-built 3,988 SF outpatient clinic at 3333 E. Camelback Rd
- 5 private treatment rooms + large open gym/rehab area (35′ x 24′)
- Owner-operated — you will work directly with ownership, not a corporate hierarchy
- Focus on outpatient orthopedics, post-surgical rehab, and sports medicine
- Located in one of Phoenix’s most active and affluent medical corridors
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Provide exceptional PT care across a general ortho and sports rehab caseload
- Serve as designated Clinical Director on the Arizona PT clinic license
- Build clinical standards, protocols, and patient experience benchmarks
- Collaborate with ownership on hiring, growth, and referral development
- Build referral relationships with orthopedic surgeons and PCPs in the area
- Mentor and supervise PTAs and additional PTs as the team grows
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Active, unrestricted Arizona PT license (required)
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- 3+ years of outpatient orthopedic experience
- Entrepreneurial spirit — you want to build something, not just maintain it
COMPENSATION
- $90,000 base salary

Pay: $85,000.00 – $105,000.00 per year
