The office features an open concept with a large waiting room, shared office space, shared staff, treatment equipment, and computers.

Job Description

• Full-Time Doctor position with hiring timeline of 1–3 months.
• Multi-location work preferred but flexible.
• Typical pace: 21–30 patients per day.
• Charting: comprehensive EHR systems.
• Care plans are flexible based on patient progress.
• Patient preference leans toward gentle/low-impact care.
• Participate in educational talks and support patient growth.
• Utilize modalities and chiropractic adjustments as core approaches.
• Familiarity with Heat/Cold and adjunct therapies is helpful.

Qualifications

• Preferably already licensed or in the process of obtaining state licensure.
• Relocation assistance available.
• Closer proximity to the clinic preferred.
• Ideal traits include: adjustment-first mindset, community involvement, business-minded approach, comfort with high patient volume, full-time commitment, EHR proficiency, open-mindedness, and strong adjusting focus.
• Priorities emphasize character and personality.
• Clinical philosophy aligns with a blend of traditional and modern chiropractic approaches.
• Evidence-based approach incorporates patient feedback into care.

Other Information

• Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 annually (including incentives).
