Chiropractic Assistant / Rehab Technician
Sport & Spinal Rehab – Jupiter, FL
$19–$22/hr + Strong Benefits | Full-Time | No Weekends
If you enjoy working directly with patients, staying active throughout the day, learning clinical procedures, and helping create an exceptional patient experience, keep reading.
Sport & Spinal Rehab is a high-energy chiropractic and sports injury clinic in Jupiter, Florida. Our mission is simple:
Eliminate Pain. Get Back in the Game.
We help active people get out of pain and return to the activities they love using chiropractic care, rehabilitation, laser therapy, spinal decompression, shockwave therapy, and other advanced treatment options.
We are looking for the right person to join our team as a Chiropractic Assistant / Rehab Technician.
This position is primarily focused on assisting with patient care, therapies, rehabilitation, and the efficient flow of patients throughout the clinic. However, all members of our team are cross-trained, so this person will also learn front-desk responsibilities such as scheduling, phones, check-in, check-out, payments, and patient communication.
This is not a position where you will sit behind a desk all day. It is an active, hands-on role for someone who enjoys helping patients, staying organized, learning new skills, and contributing wherever the team needs support.
Prior experience in a chiropractic, physical therapy, medical, dental, orthodontic, fitness, rehabilitation, spa, hospitality, concierge, or high-end customer service environment is a plus. However, the right personality, reliability, communication skills, coachability, and attention to detail matter most.
This Is a Great Fit If You
- Enjoy working directly with patients and helping them feel comfortable and cared for
- Prefer an active position instead of sitting at a desk throughout the day
- Are interested in chiropractic care, rehabilitation, sports medicine, fitness, or healthcare
- Have strong customer service and communication skills
- Take pride in being organized, accurate, and efficient
- Learn new equipment, procedures, and systems quickly
- Thrive in a structured, high-energy environment
- Can follow scripts, systems, and clinical procedures consistently
- Enjoy staying busy and contributing to a team
- Are reliable, professional, coachable, and detail-oriented
- Can stay calm, friendly, and focused when the office gets busy
- Are comfortable being cross-trained in both clinical and front-office responsibilities
This Is Not a Good Fit If You
- Are looking for a position that is primarily administrative or desk-based
- Prefer a slow-paced or low-responsibility role
- Are uncomfortable working closely with patients
- Struggle with multitasking or attention to detail
- Do not like following scripts, systems, or established procedures
- Are casual or overly informal with patients
- Struggle to remain professional when the office gets busy
- Are resistant to feedback, coaching, or learning new responsibilities
- Are simply looking for any available job rather than a long-term fit
About the Role
The Chiropractic Assistant plays an important role in the patient’s entire experience.
You will help patients move efficiently through the office, assist with prescribed therapies and rehabilitation exercises, prepare treatment areas, maintain clinical organization, and communicate closely with the doctors and other team members.
You will also be cross-trained in front-desk procedures. From the first phone call to the moment a patient leaves the office, every detail matters. A friendly greeting, clear communication, accurate scheduling, properly completed therapies, clean treatment areas, and consistent follow-through all affect how patients feel about our office.
Medical or chiropractic experience is helpful, but it is not required. We can train the right person on our equipment, therapies, systems, and procedures.
What is more difficult to train is professionalism, reliability, warmth, attention to detail, work ethic, and pride in doing things correctly.
Our office operates on a structured schedule with strong teamwork and high expectations. We are looking for someone who can learn quickly, follow procedures, communicate professionally, and become a dependable long-term member of our team.
