Full-Time Lead Children’s Fitness Instructor / Coach
Pay: $22 – 28/hr or DOE
Schedule: 35+ hours/week, including at least one weekend day
At My Gym Children’s Fitness Center, we turn fitness and gymnastics into pure FUN for kids ages 6 weeks to 10 years! With 700+ locations worldwide, we’re all about helping kids grow strong, confident, and full of joy — all while having a blast.

What You’ll Do
- Lead exciting, high-energy fitness and gymnastics classes
- Inspire kids to have fun, move, and grow with confidence
- Engage families with a smile and top-notch customer service
- Help with birthday parties, events, and promotions
- Keep our gym clean, safe, and full of energy
- Be an educator, role model and motivator for every child
Who You Are
- High-energy, playful, and outgoing
- Experienced working with children
- Skilled in fitness, gymnastics, sports, dance, cheer, martial arts, or performance (or eager to learn!)
- Confident leading groups and motivating kids
- Positive, reliable, and ready to join a fun, team-oriented environment
- Available 35+ hours/week including at least one weekend day
- Able to pass a clean background check
