My Gym Children’s Fitness is hiring outgoing, high-energy coaches and teachers to lead fun, structured classes, camps, and birthday parties for children ages 6 weeks–10 years.

This is not a seasonal position – we are hiring for a stable, year-round role with long-term growth opportunities.

• $20–$22/hour

• Consistent weekly scheduling
• Fridays are required for all team members

What You’ll Do

• Lead engaging children’s fitness and developmental classes
• Run camps, birthday parties, and special events
• Coach kids through games, obstacle courses, music, and movement activities
• Create a safe, positive, high-energy environment
• Build strong relationships with parents and families
• Support tours, enrollments, and front desk operations

What We’re Looking For

• Energetic, outgoing, and dependable
• Comfortable leading groups and performing in front of families
• Great with children and able to create a fun experience
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude

Bonus if you have experience in: Coaching, sports, dance, gymnastics, or theater &Early childhood education or preschool settings
