Are you the person who lights up a room full of 4-year-olds at a birthday party? Do you get energy FROM being around kids, not drained by it? This job was written for you.

We’re hiring part-time childcare coaches to lead classes, run birthday parties, and create genuinely great experiences for kids ages 6 weeks–10 years.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead structured movement classes – obstacle courses, gymnastics, games, music, and more
• Run birthday parties, camps, and special events
• Build real relationships with the families who come back every week
• No My Gym experience needed – we fully train the right people

PAYSCHEDULE

• $20–$22/hr based on experience, plus tips
• 10–30 hrs/week (varies by season)
• Year-round position, not seasonal
• Some weekend shifts, plus a paid weekly Friday team meeting to stay in sync with your crew
