About the Role
We are seeking a CMO who operates at the intersection of executive strategy and deep-tech execution. You will not just market our platform; you will architect the narrative that defines the next generation of Telecom. You will lead the transition from traditional service models to autonomous, AI-native ecosystems, turning technical breakthroughs into profitable, scalable market realities.
This position is part of a structured succession plan, supporting long-term business continuity as the current expatriate assignment transitions over time.
Core Mandate
- Narrative Leadership: Challenge industry incumbents by shifting the market focus from legacy metrics (e.g., ARPU) to high-value outcomes (e.g., LTV and Autonomous Efficiency).
- Technical Evangelism: Leverage deep technical fluency—from AI agent orchestration to modern software stacks—to translate complex engineering breakthroughs into compelling, high-growth business strategies.
- Profit-Driven Growth: Own the marketing-to-revenue engine. Partner with Product and Finance to drive the GTM strategy that delivers sustainable operating profit and large-scale customer adoption.
- Industrializing AI: Position the company as the leader in Level 4 autonomy and agentic enterprise solutions, turning internal R&D milestones into measurable market advantages.
- The "Builder" Advantage: You represent a critical strategic asset—a leader who masters both the "how" and the "why." You possess the technical literacy to collaborate directly with Engineering and the executive presence to influence Board-level strategy.
Key Qualifications
- Executive Experience: 15~20+ years of relevant leadership experience in telecommunication, including a proven track record in direct team management and organizational development.
- Proven Scale: Track record of driving large-scale migrations and market-shifting product rollouts.
- GEO/SEO Expertise: Understanding and leadership in transformation of online AI discovery, traffic patterns, and citations.
- Strategic Visionary: Experience identifying and leading industry-wide paradigm shifts (e.g., move to software-defined, cloud-native, or autonomous platforms).
- Content Authority: Demonstrated ability to build influential platforms (newsletters, tech series) that disrupt the status quo and cultivate a loyal, technical audience.
- Financial Rigor: Proven success in aligning marketing spend with P&L objectives and non-GAAP profitability.
