Duties
- Plan and execute cheerleading practices that focus on choreography, stunts, jumps, and tumbling techniques.
- Teach cheerleading routines while emphasizing safety protocols and proper technique.
- Motivate students to build confidence, teamwork, and sportsmanship during rehearsals and performances.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to improve skills and performance quality.
- Ensure all activities adhere to safety standards related to physical activity, stunting, and tumbling.
- Foster a positive environment by managing behavior and encouraging respectful teamwork among participants.
Skills
- Proven experience in cheerleading coaching or performing at a competitive level.
- Background in sports coaching with knowledge of physical training techniques.
- Ability to teach physical education skills such as jumps, stunts, tumbling, and dance routines.
- Strong understanding of behavior management strategies to maintain discipline during practices.
- Familiarity with child development principles and working effectively with students of various ages.
- Knowledge of health club or gym environments to incorporate fitness elements into training sessions.

Pay: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour
