Cheer Program Manager
We are looking for as seasoned Cheer Coach to becoming our next Cheer Department Leader and head coach of our All-Star Cheer Program.
We are an established gym of 24 year with a rec cheer program and are newly revived All-Star Cheer Program. With major growth potential The Peak is the perfect addition for anyone wanting to enjoy the sport and build a program.
Job Expectations:
- Help oversee, coach and grow All-Star Cheer program and maintain a progressive recreational cheer feeder program
- Implement progressions, and, meet monthly enrollment goals
- Teach & Mentor young athletes through the sport of Cheer
- Build long lasting relationships with families, and exceed parent expectations. We treat our members like family.
- Attend meets, and other performances team is involved in
- Assist in the implementing of staff training and miscellaneous projects around the gym.
Requirements:
- Must be able to physically lift/spot children.
- Must be a positive individual, with a passion for children and high energy.
- A background in competitive tumbling & cheer preferred
