Responsibilities
- Lead diverse yoga classes tailored to various skill levels, ensuring safe and effective practice for all participants
- Design innovative class programs incorporating principles of physiology, body mechanics, and anatomy to maximize benefits
- Educate clients on proper breathing techniques, alignment, and injury prevention strategies based on health club standards
- Foster a supportive group fitness atmosphere that encourages community building and individual growth
- Promote wellness programs and fitness sales by inspiring clients to pursue ongoing health journeys
- Maintain a clean, organized studio environment while adhering to safety protocols and hygiene standards
Experience
- Certified Yoga Instructor with valid credentials from a recognized certification body
- Proven experience teaching group fitness classes in a gym or health club setting
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and how body mechanics influence movement and injury prevention
- Demonstrated ability to motivate diverse groups through energetic teaching styles and clear communication
- Background in sports coaching or dance enhances your ability to create dynamic class experiences
- Prior experience in fitness sales or client engagement is advantageous for promoting wellness programs
- Comfortable with online classes
