## Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Athletic Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness and helping others achieve their health goals.
## Duties
– Preventing, diagnosing, and treating muscle and bone injuries and illnesses
– Conduct fitness assessments to evaluate clients’ current fitness level
– Conducting diagnostic tests and exercises and communicating those results with medical professionals
– Develop personalized workout and/or rehabilitation plans tailored to clients’ needs and goals
– Instruct and demonstrate exercises correctly to ensure proper form and technique
– Provide ongoing motivation, support, and guidance to clients
– Monitor clients’ progress and adjust workout plans as needed
– Providing immediate care or first aid when injuries occur
– Educate clients on the importance of nutrition and overall wellness
## Skills
– Strong knowledge of physiology and anatomy
– Understanding of body mechanics to prevent injuries during workouts
– Ability to create effective workout and/or physical rehabilitation programs based on clients’ fitness levels and goals
– Excellent communication skills to motivate and inspire clients
– Passion for promoting health, fitness, and overall well-being
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
