In this non-safety role, you will report to the Aquatics Supervisor while shadowing lessons and providing in-water assistance under supervision. Your responsibilities will also include cleaning change rooms, setting up equipment, and maintaining overall site cleanliness to ensure a safe environment for all.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform cleaning tasks in change rooms and washrooms
• Assist with setup of pool equipment for lessons
• Shadow swim lessons under a qualified instructor
• Provide customer service and answer inquiries
• Monitor change room areas to deter theft
Requirements:
• At least 14 years old
• Lifesaving Society Bronze Cross or National Lifeguard certification
• Standard First Aid with CPR C certification
• Moderate physical work capability
• Ability to work in chlorinated water
