In this dynamic coaching role, you are expected to provide engaging workouts and constructive feedback to Masters swimmers. Commitment to customer service and community engagement is essential as you create memorable experiences for participants. This position requires you to work at different NVRC facilities, contributing to the overall wellness of local residents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and coach the Masters Swim Program
• Develop varied workout sessions for different skill levels
• Assist in meeting participants’ needs effectively
• Foster community relationships through swimming
• Communicate safely and courteously with swimmers
Requirements:
• Minimum NCCP Swimming 101 Coaching Certification
• Current Emergency First Aid & CPR-C Certification
• Willingness to work flexible hours
• Reliable, responsive, and team-oriented
• Criminal background check required
