The Role
As a Casino Manager, you will be responsible for the overall development and management of our casino vertical, including product strategy, campaigns, bonuses, performance analysis, and operational coordination.
The role involves managing the casino portfolio, optimizing revenue and player retention, collaborating with providers and internal teams, and continuously enhancing the casino offering in line with market trends and regulatory requirements.
- Your ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the casino product and commercial strategy;
- Manage and optimize casino content, game portfolio, and provider relationships;
- Plan and execute campaigns, tournaments, bonuses, and promotional activities;
- Analyze key performance indicators, including revenue, active players, retention, margin, and bonus effectiveness;
- Work closely with providers, aggregators, and cross-functional internal teams;
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Your ProfileMinimum 3 years of experience in online casino operations or a similar digital commercial role;
- Strong understanding of online casino products, bonus mechanics, and promotional campaigns;
- Analytical mindset with experience working with data and performance metrics;
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, teams, and external partners;
- Excellent communication skills in both Bulgarian and English.
