**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Sports Specialist with a passion for working with children. The ideal candidate will have experience in sports, both playing and coaching, with a possible major in physical education or a degree. Early childhood experience preferred, but not required.
**Responsibilities:**
– Provide group support to campers with diverse learning needs
– Implement strategies to engage campers
– Utilize behavior management techniques to create a positive environment
– Collaborate with counselors and supervisors
– Assist in planning and implementing activities
**Experience:**
– Experience working with children in various settings such as childcare, sports coaching, or babysitting
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to adapt methods to meet the needs of individual campers
