We’re hiring a Business Leader for a growing company in the Sports Management, Education, and Health & Wellness industry.
This role is for someone who can build business, lead teams, create strong partnerships, and take ownership of growth.
The person should be comfortable working with schools, corporates, communities, investors, and internal teams.
Position: Business Leader
Location: Kathmandu Valley
Level: Senior Leadership
Experience: 8–10 years preferred
Joining: Immediate preferred
Required Skills:
- Business strategy and growth planning
- Business development and partnership building
- Revenue pipeline management
- P&L ownership and EBITDA-focused decision-making
- Team leadership and multi-location operations
- Stakeholder, board, and investor communication
- Financial modelling, dashboards, and reporting
- Strong English and Nepali communication
- Experience working with schools, corporates, or community networks
Experience in sports management, sports education, physical education, marketing, or business management will be an added advantage.
