By connecting students with college coaches, admissions officers, and athletic programs, we help turn their aspirations into meaningful opportunities.
Role Description
This is a fully remote, commission-only role focused on introducing student-athletes to the recruiting services offered by University Seekers and guiding them through the initial enrollment process.
Using a personalized referral link and QR code, you share the platform with prospective student-athletes, parents, coaches, and athletic networks. Once a student enrolls using your link or QR code you get paid.
Qualifications
Strong interest in college athletics, student development, or recruiting
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently in a fully remote, commission-based environment
Comfortable with digital outreach via text, email, and social media
Basic understanding of college athletics recruiting pathways (NCAA, NAIA, or junior college programs is a plus)
Entrepreneurial mindset with a self-motivated approach to generating leads and referrals
Ability to explain services clearly to students, parents, and coaches
Access to reliable internet and ability to manage outreach through online tools
Experience in sales, sports, coaching, or recruiting is helpful but not required
