AgonUp is a B2B sports fan engagement platform with active senior conversations at Nike, AC Milan, Milwaukee Bucks, Chelsea, SMWW and more. We’re not hiring a US sales team yet. We’re paying for warm introductions to decision-makers at US sports brands and clubs. 8% of Year 1 contract value, paid when the client signs and pays.
On our platform brands can create branded Arenas where fans submit photos and videos in structured competitions. The AI layer turns that content into first-party community data and purchase attribution for the brand.
The role
Connector, not closer. You introduce, we close.
We’re looking for warm relationships with decision-makers at:
• US sports brands (Nike, Adidas, Under Armour, Lululemon, On, New Balance, Puma, and similar)
• US sports clubs and franchises (any major league)
Decision-makers we care about: VP-level and above in marketing, sponsorship, brand, fan engagement, or business development.
This role fits:
• Independent sports marketing consultants with active client books
• Agency operators with brand or club relationships
• Anyone US-based with a real Rolodex in the categories above
Compensation
• 8% of Year 1 contract value, paid in USD within 30 days of client cash collection
• Average target deal size: $600K Year 1 ACV. Example earnings: $48K per closed introduction at target deal size
• No retainer, no base, no expense reimbursement
• Multiple parallel introductions are welcome
• Pipeline exclusion list shared at signing of the referral agreement
What we don’t pay for
• Cold outreach or mass LinkedIn introductions
• Meetings that don’t lead to signed and paid contracts
• Introductions to people you don’t actually know (we will verify the relationship before any meeting)
• Companies already on our pipeline exclusion list at the time of your signing
