I. KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyze market situations, internal sales performance, consumer insights, market trends, competitors’ movements, etc. to identify business opportunities and issues, and understand unmet needs for business expansion.
  • Develops and delivers a sales strategy for the market. Research potential customers and development of business opportunities.
  • Driving, leading and inspiring a team of Account Manager / Executives, developing talent, and implementing business strategy.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives by identifying areas of improvement to meet business growth objectives.
  • Ensure a high level of client engagement and retention through fostering a strong business relationship.
  • Manages sales process and pipeline for all Business Development activities.

I. REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development / Sales, preferably in Fashion, Sports, or Golf-related industry.
  • Strong commercial mindset with solid analytical and financial acumen.
  • Proven experience in leading teams and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with both internal and external partners.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to influence decision-making.
  • Good command of English (both written and verbal).
  • Passion for Golf and solid understanding of the Golf market is a strong advantage.
  • Existing network within the Golf ecosystem (e.g., golf courses, clubs, distributors, communities) is highly preferred.
