THE ROLE
Full-cycle BD across two tracks: building and closing developer partnerships with the region's leading property developers and activating resident communities once those partnerships go live.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
– Build relationships and close partnerships with target developers, hotels, and schools.
– Own the full sales cycle from first contact to signed agreement
– Lead pitches, structure proposals, and negotiate terms
– Drive resident sign-ups and community activation when sites go live
– Track pipeline and report on progress, blockers, and next steps
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
– 2-3 years of BD or commercial experience, with at least 2 years in the UAE
– A proven B2B closer. You own deals end to end, not just build pipelines
– Genuine fluency in the sports ecosystem, academies, clubs, community sports. Sport is your world commercially, not just personally
– A network in Dubai's developer or real estate world, or the credibility to build one fast
– A natural networker, with strong public speaking, negotiation, and closing instincts.
– Confident in boardrooms and credible with executives.
– Comfortable in a lean, execution-focused environment where you set the pace
