Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across the Group’s leasing portfolio to drive partnership-led growth, customer engagement and brand positioning across the key retail, lifestyle and commercial properties of the Group
- Develop and manage partnerships & activation programs across the portfolio through art, lifestyle & cultural initiatives, marketplace, brand pop-ups, community events, etc., and collaborations with brands, agencies, event organizers, community groups and art & cultural institutions
- Work closely with internal stakeholders including leasing, marketing, operations and property management to implement partnerships and activation programs effectively
- Monitor market trends and recommend new concepts in retail, arts & culture, lifestyle, wellness, sports and related sectors
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Real Estate, Arts Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience with strategic & entrepreneurial mindset
- Solid experience in driving successful partnership programs
- Proven experience in business development, partnership management, retail leasing, activations management or related fields
- Exposure to art, cultural and community programming is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
