Your Main Missions
- Work directly with banking clients to gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements.
- Analyze existing business processes and propose suitable solutions to meet business needs.
- Prepare and maintain business analysis documents, including BRD, SRS, User Stories, Use Cases, Business Process Flows, Functional Specifications, and other related documents.
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the development team to ensure requirements are clearly understood and accurately implemented.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Developers, QA Engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support the development team by clarifying requirements and resolving business-related issues during implementation.
- Participate in solution reviews and validate that delivered functionalities meet business requirements.
- Support clients during UAT (User Acceptance Testing), answer business-related questions, and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues.
- Participate in product acceptance and ensure the delivered solution aligns with agreed business requirements.
Job Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Experience working on Banking or Financial Services projects.
- Experience in Internet Banking and/or Mobile Banking projects is highly preferred.
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, analysis, and management.
- Hands-on experience in creating business and functional specification documents.
- Ability to work directly with clients and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Quick-thinking, analytical mindset, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
