• Collaborate with the Aquatics Manager and business owners
• Attend training sessions and maintain all necessary certifications
• Work during evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Cultivate relationships with students and their families
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Enthusiastic nature and enjoyment of working with kids
• Willingness to learn swimming skills if needed
• Able to complete specific training provided
• Must be comfortable in water environments
