We’re hiring: Brand & Communication Associate
Full-time · Remote
Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000/month
We’re building a portfolio of newsletter-first media brands across AI, local city news, startups, sports, parenting, crypto, and internet culture.
At this stage, our biggest focus is brand clarity.
We want every newsletter brand to have a clear identity, sharp positioning, strong recall, and a reader experience people remember.

We want to build newsletter brands that are clear, memorable, trusted, and easy to recognize brands that people understand quickly and want to return to.
You’ll work on:
• Brand positioning and messaging
• Brand narrative and identity
• Newsletter brand experience
• Tone of voice and communication style
• Brand recall across newsletters, landing pages, ads, and social
• Light visual direction, layout sense, and presentation
• Taglines, one-liners, section names, and messaging angles
• Helping make each newsletter sharper, clearer, and more memorable
This role is mainly about branding, positioning, and brand experience.
You’re a good fit if you:
• Thinks deeply about brands and audiences
• Can turn unclear ideas into clear positioning
• Has good taste in language, layout, and presentation
• Understands how tone, design, and messaging shape perception
• Can think from the reader’s point of view
• Is curious about newsletters, media brands, startups, AI, local news, sports, or internet culture
• Is open to learning fast in an early-stage company
Content writing and copywriting will be part of the role, but the main focus is brand thinking.
Long-form writing ability is a plus.
