Position Title: Brand Partnership Manager

Role summary: As the Brand Partnership Manager, you will drive business growth by securing and co-creating high-value collaborations with corporate brands for our sports properties. Instead of selling traditional ad spaces, you will act as a brand consultant: helping companies leverage our highly passionate sports audience to build brand awareness, create consumer excitement, and enter new markets. This role blends B2B sales with creative marketing to deliver innovative, mutually beneficial brand integrations. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Partnership Strategy & Pipeline Management: Own and execute the overall brand partnership strategy to achieve commercial objectives across our sports events. You will identify target brand segments, initiate corporate introductions, manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools, and refine strategy to ensure partnership goals are successfully met.

Corporate Business Development & Contract Negotiation: Find, pitch, and secure new corporate partners by matching our sports events with brands that share similar target demographics and values (e.g., aligning premium brands with high-purchasing-power audiences). You will lead contract discussions to close profitable, long-term, and mutually beneficial deals. 

Bespoke Activation & Brand Alignment: Create tailored partnership packages that balance reach and relevance, ensuring the partner’s brand values align perfectly with our sports property to deliver an authentic fan experience. You will design creative concepts that place partner brands right at the heart of community conversations, both online and offline. 

Digital Innovation & Fan Engagement: Design cutting-edge digital activations and multi-platform content strategies to help partners maximize their return on investment. You will ensure partners receive multi-platform digital exposure, helping them connect authentically with today’s digitally-savvy sports community. 

Account Management & Renewal Strategies: Oversee the post-sale relationship with brand partners to ensure all agreed-upon marketing activations are executed flawlessly on event days. You will track and measure partnership performance metrics to present clear ROI reports to partners, securing high satisfaction and long-term contract renewals. 

Cross-Functional & Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a small team of partnership executives or coordinators, setting clear KPIs and tracking their daily outreach. You will collaborate closely with the Marketing and Operations teams to ensure partner deliverables are smoothly integrated into the event's logistics and promotional plans. 

Required Experience & Capabilities:

● Experience: Demonstrated track record in Brand Partnerships, B2B Business Development, or Key Account Management within sports, entertainment, media, or large-scale events. 

Strategic Brand Thinking: Strong ability to understand a corporate brand's marketing goals and creatively match them with the right sports audience and event content. 

Closing & Negotiation Skills: Proven track record of pitching, negotiating, and securing corporate partnerships with marketing directors, brand managers, and corporate decision-makers. 

Language: Professional proficiency in both Vietnamese and English (written and spoken) is required, as this role involves managing both local and international corporate clients.
