- One year or more working in entertainment marketing with a focus on media strategy planning and activation or various internships in either entertainment or advertising agencies
- Basic knowledge of marketing advertising or media planning principles
- Stays abreast of digital trends emerging technologies entertainment streaming platforms social media community developments brand partnership collaborations and competitor advertising
- Passion for the entertainment space and knowledge of Paramount and Showtime programming Basic knowledge of the streaming television industry including the programming marketing and distribution aspects of the competitive category
- Ability to balance multiple tasks at one time including responding quickly to Managements needs fulfilling requests with little turnaround time and managing and responding to agency or executive requests
- Great attention to detail organizational skills and comfort managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Exceptional communicator including written verbal presentation and listening skills
- Collaborative nature strong work ethic and Microsoft suite proficient Excel PowerPoint Word Outlook
