As a Brand Activation Assistant, you'll work across campaigns for T-Mobile and HelloFresh, helping bring products and services directly to customers while developing valuable experience in sales, customer engagement, and brand development.
What You'll Be Doing
As part of the Brandlete team, you'll play a key role in creating positive customer experiences and increasing brand awareness across Philadelphia.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Representing T-Mobile and HelloFresh in customer-facing environments
- Introducing customers to mobile plans, internet solutions, and meal subscription services
- Engaging with consumers through face-to-face conversations and product demonstrations
- Helping customers understand products, services, pricing, and available options
- Supporting customer onboarding and account activation
- Creating positive first impressions and memorable brand experiences
- Building relationships with customers and local business owners
- Contributing to customer acquisition and brand awareness goals
This role provides exposure to both consumer (B2C) and business (B2B) campaigns.

Successful team members typically earn between $950–$1,150 per week, with additional performance-based incentives available throughout the role.
