We’re hiring a Head of Branch Sales – Karnataka to drive high-value B2B project sales in sports infrastructure and turnkey solutions across Bangalore.
🔑 Must-Have Experience (Apply Only If You Have):
6–12 years in B2B Project / Infrastructure / Turnkey Sales
Experience in deal sizes ₹10L – ₹1Cr+
Strong exposure to institutional sales:
Schools / Colleges / Universities
Real Estate Developers / Builders
Government / PSU / Tenders
Proven track record in long-cycle sales & large deal closures
Experience working with architects, consultants, or contractors
🚫 Not Suitable For: Retail / FMCG / Direct-to-Consumer Sales Profiles
🎯 Role Focus:
Drive regional revenue targets & project closures
Build and convert institutional & B2B opportunities
Manage end-to-end sales cycle (lead → closure → collections)
Lead sales team + CRM pipeline discipline
Handle tendering, pricing, and negotiations
Ensure advance collections (30–40%) & milestone billing
