Position Summary
We are seeking a bilingual (English & Spanish) Boxing Fitness Coach who is passionate about coaching, motivating people, and delivering an exceptional member experience.
The ideal candidate has boxing experience, enjoys working with clients of all fitness levels, and is comfortable leading both group classes and one-on-one private sessions.
Responsibilities
- Lead boxing fitness group classes.
- Coach private boxing sessions.
- Teach proper boxing technique, mitt work, footwork, heavy bag training, and conditioning.
- Motivate members while ensuring a safe and enjoyable training environment.
- Build relationships with members and provide outstanding customer service.
- Maintain a clean and organized training area.
- Represent Mundo Boxing with professionalism and positive energy.
Qualifications
- Previous boxing coaching experience required.
- Experience teaching boxing fitness classes and private sessions preferred.
- Strong mitt work and technical boxing knowledge.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (Required).
- Excellent communication and motivational skills.
- Reliable, energetic, and professional.
- Evening and weekend availability.
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
