Position: Boutique Fitness Instructor – Mat Pilates (Part Time)
Availability: weekday mornings, weekday daytime hours, weekends.
We are looking for experienced and charismatic Mat Pilates Instructors to join our elite team. The ideal candidates will possess not only a strong background in fitness but also an ability to provide a personalized and exclusive experience for our members. You will lead specialized fitness classes, offer tailored instruction, and create an ambiance of excellence and motivation within our luxury fitness and wellness space.
Responsibilities
- Lead specialized Mat Pilates fitness classes and deliver top‑tier instruction in a sophisticated and engaging environment.
- Provide personalized, results‑focused training, helping members achieve their fitness goals through group exercise.
- Maintain a safe, professional atmosphere, using proper technique and monitoring participants for safety and enjoyment.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with members, fostering a sense of community and loyalty.
- Uphold the highest standards of service and professionalism, ensuring every interaction reflects the gym’s luxury status.
- Continuously learn and stay abreast of the latest trends in fitness and luxury services, attending ongoing professional development.
- Appear at the club 10–15 minutes before class, check‑in at the front desk, greet and engage members, conduct classes with enthusiasm, and remain 10–15 minutes after class to connect with members and obtain feedback.
Qualifications
- Nationally recognized fitness certification (e.g., Pilates certification).
- Certifications or workshops related to fitness and health.
- 1+ years of experience as a boutique fitness instructor (advantageous and preferred).
- Current CPR/First Aid certification maintained throughout employment.
- Recent Criminal Background Check prior to commencement of training and/or work.
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible; able to adapt to changing schedules.
- Strong technical knowledge of designated boutique fitness class.
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills; personable and energetic.
- Motivated, driven, and willing to take ownership of time spent with members.
