Minimum Requirements
Degree: Bachelor’s Degree.
Educational Requirements:
- Obtain a degree from a college or university accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Athletic Training Education (CAATE).
- Achieve a passing score from the Board of Certification (BOC) for the Athletic Trainer.
- Possess a National Provider Identifier (NPI).
Certification : Unrestricted state license/registration/ certification to provide health care within the scope of practice for Athletic Trainers per state practice acts.
Experience Criteria:
- Accumulate two years of pertinent Athletic Training work experience within the past three years.
- Demonstrate experience in working with active populations, including but not limited to military, high school, collegiate, professional sports, performing arts, and occupational health.
Citizenship : U.S. citizenship.
Credentialing : Ability to pass background check and drug screen. Current physical and immunizations.
Physical Demands
- Presence on the premises is mandatory to fulfill job responsibilities.
- The work environment is dynamic and fast-paced, with conditions and duties that may undergo rapid changes during a shift.
