Overview
Board Certified Sports Chiropractor / Rehab & Performance Provider Jobs in Seattle at Orca Wellness
Orca Sports Rehab is hiring a full-time sports chiropractor to join our rehabilitation and performance-focused clinic in Seattle’s South Lake Union neighborhood.
This is not a high-volume adjustment practice.
We are a movement-centric sports medicine clinic blending manual therapy, rehabilitation, strength training, and performance care for active adults, athletes, lifters, runners, climbers, cyclists, and working professionals who want to continue doing hard things at a high level.
Our providers work one-on-one with patients using a combination of:
- Sports chiropractic
- Rehabilitation exercise
- Strength and conditioning principles
- Manual therapy
- Movement analysis
- Return-to-sport and return-to-performance programming
We are looking for a clinician who enjoys coaching movement as much as delivering hands-on care.

You will work with patients through the full continuum of care:
- Acute injury management
- Post-operative rehabilitation
- Persistent pain and movement dysfunction
- Strength rebuilding

A typical visit may include:
- Manual therapy or spinal/extremity manipulation
- Rehab exercise and movement coaching
- Progressive loading strategies
- Squat, hinge, carry, and rotational pattern development
- Education and self-management strategies
- Video analysis and exercise modification
This role sits somewhere between:
- sports chiropractor
- rehab-focused PT
- athletic trainer
- strength coach
The ideal provider is comfortable operating across all of those domains.

We emphasize:
- Longer patient visits
- Individualized care
- Active rehabilitation
- Strength-based recovery
- Collaborative clinical reasoning
- Patient education and independence
- Long-term resilience instead of temporary symptom relief
Our patient population is highly active and motivated. Many are engineers, tech professionals, endurance athletes, lifters, climbers, and recreational athletes from the South Lake Union community surrounding Amazon, Google, and Seattle’s urban core.
