Biologics Account Manager Jobs in United States at Cervos Medical

Title: Biologics Account Manager

Company: Cervos Medical

Location: United States

About Cervos

Cervos Medical is a procedure-driven orthobiologics company developing minimally invasive, FDA-cleared, U.S.-manufactured solutions that harness the body's natural reparative mechanisms to repair bone, preserve joints, and manage chronic pain.

Position Summary

The Biologics Account Manager drives revenue growth within an assigned territory by selling Cervos's orthobiologic portfolio to surgeons, interventionalists, and other clinicians. This is a consultative, procedure-based sales role combining clinical credibility, in-OR/procedure support, and disciplined account management. We're expanding our field sales presence and are open to strong candidates across a range of U.S. markets. The right person is comfortable in the clinical environment, speaks fluently to the science behind autologous biologics, and knows how to build durable physician relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed territory sales targets across the Cervos product line.
  • Develop and execute a territory business plan: identify, prospect, and convert target accounts.
  • Provide hands-on clinical and procedural support, including case coverage and in-service training for surgical and interventional staff.
  • Educate clinicians on the science, technique, and clinical evidence behind autologous orthobiologic therapies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, surgeons, office managers, and purchasing/distribution partners where applicable.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including pricing discussions, contract follow-through, and coordination with distribution partners where applicable.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, account, and activity records in the company CRM.
  • Represent Cervos at conferences, trade shows, and training events.
  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, customer service, clinical education and operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • 3+ years of medical device, biologics, or related clinical sales experience; orthobiologics, regenerative medicine, spine, orthopedics, or sports medicine strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Comfort working in clinical and procedural settings, including the OR.
  • Established relationships within the local clinical community in your market are a strong plus.
  • Strong consultative selling, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-directed, organized, and able to manage a territory independently.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory (overnight travel as needed).
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive base salary plus an uncapped commission/incentive plan based on territory performance. Cervos offers a full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.

Equal Opportunity

Cervos Medical is an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or any other protected characteristic.
