Position: Bilingual Women’s Health Coach Focused on Empowering Wellness
Take charge of women’s health as a dedicated Women’s Health Coach. Provide personalized support through all stages of life, particularly during peri- to post-menopause, on a remote basis.
In this full-time role, you’ll facilitate 1:1 coaching, guiding clients on impactful lifestyle changes and progress tracking. You will closely collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic and supportive approach to women’s well-being. Your passion for empowering women during their wellness journeys is essential in creating real health improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct 4-6 hours of daily 1:1 coaching sessions
• Monitor progress and adapt care plans as needed
• Offer advice on nutrition, exercise, and overall wellness
• Collaborate with medical staff to address patients’ needs
• Motivate clients to stick to their health goals
Requirements:
• Bilingual in French and English
• Coaching experience, preferably in women’s health
• Certification in fitness or nutrition-related fields
• Strong communication and empathetic skills
• Familiarity with holistic health principles
