Job Description / Responsibility
- As a Bay Host, you are the face of SuperGolf and the first point of contact for our guests.
- Your role is much more than serving food or managing a bay. You are responsible for creating an engaging, welcoming, and memorable experience from the moment guests arrive until they leave.
- You will introduce guests to our golf games and technology, assist them throughout their visit, recommend food and beverage options, and ensure every bay operates smoothly and safely.
- You will work closely with fellow Bay Hosts, Supervisors, and Operations Team Members to deliver an experience that exceeds expectations and keeps guests coming back.

Educational Requirements
- HSC
- Skills Required: Quick learner, Time Management, Team Player
Experience Requirements
- At least 1 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Multinational Companies,Hotel,Restaurant,Group of Companies,Resort,Golf Club,Sports Complex
Additional Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience (restaurant, retail, hotel, or entertainment)
- Comfortable with tablets and touchscreen technology; ability to learn new systems quickly
- Warm, energetic, outgoing, patient, detail-oriented, team player
- Fluent in Bengali; working proficiency in English
- Food safety certification (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)
- Ability to work rotating shifts including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
