Job Overview
We have multiple openings for positions in our baseball and softball programs which range from ages 5-14. We are looking for travel head coaches, travel assistant coaches and solo clinic instructors. Positions are open starting this summer and fall. We are looking for highly reliable and experienced coaches to help kids learn and develop in a good environment. Must live local in the area of Fairfield County. Pay based on experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead or assist head coaches during games and practices
- Hitting fungos and throwing batting practice
- Run drills to ensure a productive and fun practice
- Maintain a professional attitude while managing players
- Being able to oversee and coach youth players in a clinic setting
- Arrive on time and prepared
Experience
- Prior experience coaching baseball or softball
- Preferable experience playing in college
- Knowledge of baseball rules, techniques, and game strategies
- The ability to help players improve skill with mechanics
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $20.00 – $50.00 per hour
